I've finished Identification via post office on Monday and I haven't received any email or phone call from Comdirect.
I need this bank account to be open soon as possible due to my visa so which is considering me so much if it's going to take too long.
How long dose it normally take? I feel having a phone call with Comdirect is impossible(Been calling them hours and never answered).

The procedures here have become really slow.
It's unlikely to have a new account fully operational within less than two weeks.
If the bank accepts you at all.

Hi @Rhehanel,
usally the account opening is not a big thing. BUT it always can happen that data a customer has provided in its application form are vary form those of its passport or any other official document which could be necessary for the account opening. As a consequence we can't open an account. In case this applies to you you'll receive an email in which we'll let you know that something went wrong and that you have to correct your data. That could take sometime.
