Hi,
I am being asked to verify, update and confirm my personal details. The requests comed after logging in on the Codiba website (i.e. is no third-party request).
When I am using the desktop app, I am asked to do so and can click a button to proceed to a website to verify my details. Howevet, this website does not work and it has been like that for weeks now. This is how it looks:
Can this please be fixed or can Codiba tell me how I get the website to work? I am running the latets and fully updated software (Windos).

Thank you for looking into this. It still does not work. The Screenshot I sent was from Google Chrome (current version). The following is from MS Edge:
And I have the exact same if I load this page through Safari on my iPhone if prompted to verify, update and confirm my personal data in the Codiba iPhone app.
It is striking that it does not work across three different platforms. Maybe there is a glitch in my account, but you will appreciate that I have no capabilities to resolve that.
I would be happy for your thoughts.

thx for the helpful informations. Not sure whats the reason why it's not working in your case. I have to report it to my colleagues and will get back to your later.

PS. One last thing which you could do from your end: Please delete cache and cookies. Maybe there is a kind of data snippet which prevents you from using the page. I've already raised a support ticket internally.

I have a brief update for you.
Indeed this a a bug which will be fixed next month - approx. mid of july. So please try it again around the 15th of July.
