I think you you might have received an email from my colleagues in which I'll find further information what to do. I case you can't reclaim it online you have to fill out a form which you will find here which is partly written in english. In any case I recommend to report the fraud to the police. Send us back all documents. We will then prove the case togehter with VISA and will contact you with the result.
