Account history for year 2022

Hello,

I need to extract accounts history from 2022, but the data I can see is only from Jun 2022, seems it's 2 years back from current month. I've also tried PostBox > Archiv, but no documents can be found. Is there any other way? Do I have to request it manually from support?

Postbox - Achiv - „ Finanzreport“ ( monthly)
