Ich muss einen Test machen, meine Beiträge verschwinden und ich habe da so eine Ahnung.

ich hatte eine Antwort gepostet, die die Code-Funktion beinhaltete, die Antwort sehe ich nicht. @SMT_Chris ist die in der Moderationsschlange?

Hier gibt es einen Spam-Filter, der manchmal leider auch bei legitimen Postings anschlägt. Von daher wirst du wohl bis Montag warten müssen, bis @SMT_Service den Beitrag freischaltet...

ja, danke dir. Es war allerdings ein Beitrag vom Montag oder Dienstag, der nicht erscheint und nur bei mir unter Entwürfe liegt. Selbst weitere Antwortversuche im Faden zu BYD tauchen nicht auf, daher tippe ich stark auf die Code-Funktion.

ich wollte dir gestern mehrfach im BYD-Faden antworten, dabei immer den Text des Circulars als Code-Schnipsel. Taucht nicht auf. Hm... 

Edit: Aus dem Circular vom 7. May:

The Company’s proposed final cash dividend, Bonus Issue and Capitalization Issue for the year 
ended  31  December  2024  is  subject  to  the  approval  of  the  Shareholders  at  the  AGM  and  the  
satisfaction of the other conditions as set out in the section headed “Conditions to the Bonus Issue 
and the Capitalization Issue” in the Circular. Assuming the proposed Profit Distribution Plan  
and Capital Reserve Capitalization Plan of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 
is approved at the AGM, the final cash dividend, Bonus Shares and Capitalization Shares will be 
distributed to the Shareholders of H Shares whose names appear on the register of members of 
H Shares on the close of business on Tuesday, 17 June 2025 (the “Record Date”). In connection 
therewith, the register of members of H Shares of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 12 
June 2025 to Tuesday, 17 June 2025, both days inclusive. In order to qualify for receiving such 
dividends, all transfer documents in respect of H Shares must be lodged with the Company’s H 
share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712 – 1716, 17th 
Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. 
on Wednesday, 11 June 2025 for registration.
