Hello,
I have a problem. I have a com direct account and the card is expiring on 31.12.2019 but yet I have not received any new card from the Com Direct. I have my updated address in my personal space and I do not know how to see the status of my card issuance whether it is issued and posted to my home or not?
please hel me in these regards.
