Hello together,
I registered previous week with comdirect app

I entered the password and the applied the fingeprint.
Today I could not log-in with fingerprint and I have forgotten my password.
What do we do in this situation? Because I do not see "Forget password?" option to set the new one.
I tried to use new password, set again the fingerprint and entered my user and pin, but still I could not login.

Hi Temur,
unfortunately we offer our services and support in German only. To avoid any misunderstandings we will communicate in German from now on.
Es gab heute morgen leider in Einzelfällen generelle Probleme beim Login, die auch die comdirect App betrafen. Mittlerweile sind die Probleme behoben, es sollte also auch für dich wieder alles funktionieren. 🙂
