Gemeint ist wohl die Gold Horizons Mining (VGG396681014). Das macht es aber kein Stück besser, da sich die Spur der Firma Ende 2012 zu verlieren scheint. 

Ich kenne mich im dunkelgrauen Kapitalmarkt nicht aus und kann daher nicht final beurteilen, ob da tatsächlich irgendwer irgendwelche obskuren Angebote rumschickt oder dies getan hat. Wenn ich selber betroffen wäre würde ich dem schlechten Geld aber sicher kein gutes hinterherwerfen. Außer es dreht sich um einen beachtlichen Betrag, der die Einschaltung eines Fachanwaltes rechtfertigt. Mit Blick auf die Unternehmensgeschichte darf man da aber Zweifel haben.

Die sind wohl schon lange verschwunden.

Wenn da heute noch jemand kommt und einen angeblichen Käufer presentiert dann ist das sicherlich ein Betrugsversuch.

Der Anleger soll hoffen noch etwas von seinem verlorenen Geld zurück zu bekommen und dafür noch mehr verlieren.

Wenn etwas Schnattert wie eine Ente und auch so aussieht. Könnte es wirklich ein Frosch sein. Gehe von aus das das Geld schon lange weg ist und nun weiter gemolken werden soll. Hier kann nur ein Fach Anwalt Licht ins Dunkel bringen. Ob sich die Sache Lohnt, wenn am Ende nur Festgestellt wird das das Geld Weg ist.  Vor allem wird die Aktie nicht mehr gehandelt. Was soll da noch zu holen sein? Es tut mir leid für diesen Verlust, ich hoffe es war nicht ganz so viel Geld da drin.

Vorzutäuschen, dass es sich um eine legale Firma handelt? 

...ganz ehrlich ich frag mich auch, wie mein Vater an solche "Schwindler" gelangt...

Vielen lieben Dank für eure Rückmeldungen und ganz ehrlich ich steh dem Ganzen sehr skeptisch gegenüber. 

Trotzdem handelt es sich um einen Batzen Geld. 

UND was mich wirklich irritiert, dass z.B. die "Southgate Consulting.net"  mit Kunden wie Deutsche Bank usw. auf ihrer Homepage wirbt. 

D.h. ich werd jetzt erstmal bei J.P Morgen anrufen und nachfragen, ob es das Konto überhaupt gibt und mein Glück bei der Deutschen Bank versuchen, vielleicht kann mir ja jemand Rückmeldung geben.

Ob das weiter oben von mir verlinkte Unternehmen tatsächlich etwas mit der früheren Firma zu tun hat ist natürlich nicht sicher.

Ein alter Artikel zeigt aber, dass das alte Minenunternehmen tatsächlich aktiv war .

Dein Vater wird da von irgendwem angerufen (Southgate Consulting USA) und verkauft daraufhin sofort weil die es gern so möchten seine Aktien ?

Das ist ja wie beim "Enkeltrick" 🙄

Dein Vater hat doch damals die Aktien wahrscheinlich über einen Berater gekauft (von allein kommt man ja wohl nicht auf so einen Quatsch).

Besteht da nicht die Möglichkeit mal nachzufragen ? Wobei man dies vor dem obskuren Verkauf hätte machen sollen.

Ansonsten bleibt da echt nur die Möglichkeit einen spezialiserten Fachanwalt etc. zu kontaktieren.

Zahlen würde ich, bis Klarheit herrscht, erstmal nichts.
