Wenn du den Aktivierungsbrief noch hast, installiere die App gerne einmal neu. Nach der Installation ist eine erneute Aktivierung notwendig.

Hi,
meine photoTAN-App startet nicht mehr.
Nach mehreren Versuchen kommt dann die Systemmeldung: "photoTAN wird wiederholt beendet".
System: Android 13 Sicherheitsupdate: 05.08.2023
Smartphone: Google Pixel 7 Pro
Appversion: 8.12.0
Ein Warm- oder Kaltstart des Smartphones hilft nicht. Eine Neuinstallation inkl. Cache-Bereinigung hilft ebenfalls nicht. Bitte um Hilfe. Ich muss dringend Überweisungen durchführen. Für SMS-TANs werden ja Entgelte erhoben.

This is indeed urgent. PhotoTAN is just not working on Android.
1. I requested a new activation letter
2. I installed the latest version of photo Tan
3. I activated the photo Tan but fail to proceed order --> multiple times
4. I re-install multiple times on the same phone and the other phone ---> none of them working
Any other solutions you can propose? I am in urgent need to access comdirect account.

YES, indeed, patience. 🙂
There were several statements from CD about that.
After activation of 2FA you have some some basics.
Login to the account, read your mails, make some settings, ...
But not the real stuff like payments or securities orders.
This needs manual approvement that may take up to two days.

Thanks for your answer.
I tried reading mails...but still not working. Because it sends TAN to photoTAN app, and the app is always showing "fail to proceed".
Of course, other functions are also not working as well.
