if I may,
from my point of view
this is literary non-senses.
Regarding that the leading Banking Economy of the European Union refuses to provide the very basic common services in the official international language.
I am afraid, and I feel very sorry to say, that at the era of the universal electronic/internet evolution, this is an extremely counter progressive and negative paradigm of Socio-Economic Exclusion and Inequality, forcing foreigners to learn German..
in order (!) to understand
and participate??
And even if we do consider seriously the “legal issues” argument, which personally I do not.. as everything politically, economically, commercially etc. happens with the international communication for ages, still it would be practical and convenient to offer the English language service option in the App, at least.. for the very basic banking transactions.
A great disappointment and almost a unique phenomenon among -quality- banking services in advanced European countries, in 2022.
