The urgent question:

10 mins ago I just wronly clicked "Vergleichskonto beantragen" option, how to cancel it?  now it says it needs 2-3 days to prepare it, i dont want this account, how can i cancel it right now? it is a wrong action.

another normal question:
is there a way to manage that which company can charge from my comdirect credit card?
A VPS company named Vultr now has my credit card number, I used their service in March, then i cancel it, but, since April every month it charges 30 EUR, and i did not use any service afterwards.

Question 1: call the comdirect service hotline. Note: The hotline only speaks german.

Question 2: make sure you cancelled Vultz correctly and check if there is any minimum duration of the subscription. Then you can try a chargeback.
