My account is blocked from Thursday. I have shared all the info with the bank that is required to unblock my account. Till now i have not received any response. I am also travelling at the moment and have no access to my own money. dont know how to reach out to the relevant officer. Just now spent over 1 hr on the international roaming- spent over 150 euro on the call alone. Its ridiculous how comdirect is treating a customer.

Ich bedauere die Unannehmlichkeiten, die dir durch die Sperre entstanden sind. Bitte wende dich erneut an unseren telefonischen Kundenservice, um die Ursache für die Sperre zu klären und eine Entsperrung zu veranlassen.

Hi Erik, its fine if you write in german. My issue is still pending. Cant access my account for over a week now. I already tried to reach the customer support number but i was told that the concerned person is on leave and i cant be supported at the moment.

eigentlich vermutlich das hier klick , aber da steht im Prinzip, dass die Transaktionen zurückgebucht sind, nix von gesperrtem Zugang.

Ich can't currently transaktionen mit meiner Visa-Karte durchführen, einschließlich Geldabhebungen am Geldautomaten.

nachdem ich festgestellt hatte, dass ein Unternehmen ohne meine Autorisierung Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht hatte, meldete ich den Vorfall umgehend bei comdirect. Der Betrag wurde zwar erstattet, jedoch wurde meine Visa-Karte gesperrt und eine Ersatzkarte veranlasst.

Trotz mehr als drei Wochen Wartezeit habe ich die Ersatzkarte nicht erhalten. Nach meiner Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Karte als unzustellbar zurückgesendet wurde, obwohl mein Name deutlich am Briefkasten angebracht ist.

Zusätzlich stellte ich fest, dass ich keine Online-Transaktionen mehr durchführen konnte, da mein TAN-Zugang gesperrt war. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme mit comdirect wurde ich aufgefordert, ein Schreiben mit einem unterschriebenen Formular und meiner Originalunterschrift einzureichen, aus dem meine Adresse hervorgeht. Dieser Aufforderung bin ich vollständig nachgekommen.

Im Anschluss erhielt ich eine Rückmeldung, dass „alles in Ordnung“ sei. Diese Antwort ging jedoch nicht auf die wesentlichen Punkte ein, nämlich dass ich meine Visa-Karte weiterhin nicht erhalten habe und mein TAN-Zugang nach wie vor gesperrt ist.

Ich bitte Sie daher dringend um Klärung der Situation, die Freischaltung meines TAN-Zugangs sowie den erneuten Versand meiner Visa-Karte.
