Removed Visa Card Transactions

Hello,

I was using Visa Card, which is now removed from the system (as I understood, Visa Prepaid Cards have been removed from Comdirect?).

Is there possibility to see the transactions that was done using that card prior to removal?

I could not find it anywhere in my online banking.

I have used the Visa card when I rented the car and paid the deposit using it. I was expecting the deposit refund back on the card, which is paid (Rental company has provided with the proof that they have made the refund paiment), but I can't validate it, if it really has arrived on my account.

So.. is there possibility to see the transactions of removed card?

Do you mean, I will recieve it per post at some point in uncoming weeks?

There is no possibility to see it in Online Bank?

I would expect that when the account for the card has been removed.

Have not recieved anything unfortunetelly and it's been more than 2 weeks already.

I will try to call Comdirect and hopefully can speak English )
