Hi, I have completed my identification at the post office a week and a half ago. I have not received anything except an email saying I need to identify online, which was impossible for me because of the app malfunction.

I would like to get my IBAN soon by opening my account. How long does it take to finish the process? If this one with Comdirect takes longer than I expect, I have to consider another bank to open.

You say you couldn't complete the identification process due to a malfunction upon registration.

Have you completed it in the meantime? Because if not, you'll likely never get access.

Otherwise, even after a successful identification process, a familiy member of mine had to wait for about 4 weeks to get the account credentials.

Yeah I think I have done all I needed to do (or I was advised to do) at the post office.

4 weeks!?? That's BS honestly...

I'm not saying that you will have to wait that long, but it's not unheard of.

In thier defense, our case was during a special promotion which likely caused a surge in new applications.
