Hello,

Currently I'm traveling and have used the Visa card quite a lot.

It doesn't "work" anymore, probably the limit of 2000 Eur is reached.

How can I urgently request it to be increased?

Can it be done by myself or I need to write an email to comdirect?

you can transfer money from your girokonto to the visa konto. The money will be available on the visa card immediately.

You can ask for a higher limit in the online banking. But this will take a few days.

Hi,

It's not about the case that there is not enough money on Visa card.

It's about that the weekly spending limit is 2000 I think.

So even if I have million on Visa, I can't spend more than 2000 in a week,

There is no weekly limit on the visa credit.
