Girokonto transactions blocked

Hello,

I know that the limit to withdraw money from ATM is 1000 Eur per day.

2 days ago, I have withdrawed 1000Eur.

Next day (yesterday), I have done some shopping, maybe spent around 500-600 Eur.

Today, I tried to withdraw another 1000 Eur, but the ATM said I could only withdraw 270 eur, so I did it thinking that maybe I hit the limit.

Now, I'm at airport and tried to pay 130 eur with card in a duty free, but it was declined.

I have over 15k on my account, so it's not about not having enough funds.

What could be a reason?

What should I do?

Hello Temur,

the Girocard has a weekly limit of 2000EUR, seems like you have reached that limit with your withdrawal and your shoppings.

You can call the customer service, they can increase the limit of your Girocard.
